Elsie

What was my inspiration for Elsie BlackBlood?
Usually I base my characters on people that I know.
This time was 50/50. Elsie was a creation after I travel to Madeira, Portugal (as you could read in Sketch #19 and Sketch #20), but it was also based on someone that I met. In this case Sara, a bartender that tried to take my dear unfinished beer. And I liked her right away - no, don't steal my beer.

But there she was. A beautiful girl, blonde and shorter than me, with an amazing energy and who loves chocolate.
But it was her energy that I loved. So... Elsie, and finally the name made sense. Elsie sounds that belongs to someone that is short, cute, even though she is super energetic.
You didn't meet Sara, but you would know about Elsie. In the sketches I don't describe her how Sara is right now. I describe her as someone that went through a lot, but, in the end will be able to smile.
At least it's what I intend to do.
Yes, I know... I started super dramatic.
Well, it will be even worse!

But Elsie will thrive! I hope!

Now, and because I don't want to say much about the story, I want to decide her last name... What would be?

Morgan - it cames from Morgana??
Why not?
What do you think?
