Dear CP

CP is the company that owns the trains in Portugal. It's actually called CP - Comboios Portugal (Trains of Portugal). I had been a client for more than six years, and I had some problems with the company, but nothing major and they fixed everything. 

Several times there was problems with people - crossing rails or just because they wanted to finish their life -, they tried to keep people calm - inside the trains -, and they always gave us information - not to much of course, but still, information. 

However, what happened on Wednesday was completely different. 

Usually, my dear CP, you have workers on the stations, or at least an eletronic screen to inform people about the next trains - or the ones that had been canceled. 

Of course, no one likes to see that the trains were canceled, but, at least they know. 

Well, the problem is, that in the Algarve there are a couple of stations that are closed - but the gate is open to get on the train -, so, without workers AND no screens. Just a schedule of the trains that exists. Well, that same schedule doesn't update minute to minute... 

So, there I was... Not really worried... Then another client informed us, saying that the train that we were waiting for, was not coming. The option was: or wait or going to the next stop. 

Well, thanks to an amazing woman, Filipa, we went to Faro (the closest city) and we went to our train - it was actually the second. 

In this trip I had to take three trains to get home. 

The first train was the worse, 'cas if the other client didn't call to the central, no one would know... Thank you unknown man! But, thank you Filipa. She was the one that made the second train wait for us - a bad thing to everybody. Because we made them be late... 

In the third train - I lost that one, as many people - they were nice - the workers -, and they find a solution fast and a good one. 

I think the new direction as so much to learn... so let's see... Hope you really improve, because if you don't you are going to lose more than clients...
